Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing details for Filesycamoreway Mining Review assessment services.
Overview
Filesycamoreway Mining Review Co., Ltd. provides bench assessments, thermal audits, and residual value reports for second-generation ASIC mining hardware. This policy explains when fees may be refunded, how cancellations work, and what happens if work has already started.
Assessment Fees
Before Work Begins
If you cancel after paying a deposit but before units are collected or a site visit is scheduled, you receive a full refund minus any bank transfer fees we incurred.
After Units Received or Visit Scheduled
Once units arrive at our Guro workshop or a technician is dispatched to your facility, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover reserved bench time and travel preparation. If work has not yet started, the remaining balance is refunded.
After Bench Testing Starts
No refund is available once the 48-hour bench run or on-site measurement has begun. You still receive the completed report.
Thermal Audit Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before visit: Full refund of any prepaid fee.
- Within 48 hours: 30% cancellation fee to cover technician scheduling.
- No-show or denied facility access: Full fee charged; no refund. A new visit must be booked separately.
Residual Value Assessments
Same terms as ASIC Evaluation Reports. Minimum unit counts quoted at booking; reducing unit count after delivery to our workshop does not automatically reduce the fee if bench slots were reserved.
Non-Refundable Items
- Rush surcharges after work has commenced
- Travel costs already incurred for sites outside Seoul metropolitan area
- Third-party parts purchased on your behalf with prior written approval
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours before a site visit or unit drop-off. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.
Deposits
Some large fleet assessments require a 30% deposit. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposits for cancelled projects are refunded per the sections above.
No-Shows
Clients who miss a scheduled unit drop-off without notice forfeit the deposit. Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
Work Already Started
If we discover during assessment that units are below our 0.05 TH/s scope, we notify you before completing the full report. You may choose to proceed with a shortened summary at 60% of the quoted fee or cancel for a refund of any amount not yet earned.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original bank account. We email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.
Disputes
If you believe a report does not match the agreed scope, contact info@filesycamoreway.click within 10 business days of delivery. We will review measurements and photographs at no charge. Partial refunds are considered only when a documented scope omission is confirmed.
