Terms governing use of the Filesycamoreway Mining Review website and assessment services in South Korea.
1. Acceptance
By accessing filesycamoreway.click or engaging Filesycamoreway Mining Review Co., Ltd. for hardware assessment services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.
2. Services
Filesycamoreway provides independent review and assessment of second-generation ASIC mining hardware. Our reports are informational and based on measurements taken at the time of assessment. We do not guarantee future hashrate, resale value, or hosting profitability.
3. Intellectual Property
All report templates, written content, photographs produced during assessments, and website materials are owned by Filesycamoreway Mining Review Co., Ltd. Clients receive a licence to use reports for internal decision-making and disclosed third-party negotiations. Redistribution of full reports for commercial publication requires written permission.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate unit serial numbers, access to hosting facilities when required, and safe working conditions for our technicians. You are responsible for backing up firmware and data before any bench testing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Filesycamoreway shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our reports or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid assessment is limited to the fee paid for that assessment.
6. Website Use
You may not attempt to disrupt website functionality, scrape content for republication, or misrepresent our assessments as endorsements of specific hardware vendors.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
